We don't currently offer in-house financing, but we can work with you on payment schedules for larger projects. Give us a call to discuss your situation.

Do you work in the winter?

Yes, weather permitting. We handle ice dam removal, emergency repairs, and heating cable installations throughout winter. Some larger projects may need to wait for spring, but we'll always tell you what's possible.

How long is your warranty?

Warranty terms vary by service. Our repair warranties are often as long as what other companies offer on full installations. We'll provide specific warranty details in writing with your quote.

Eavestrough Questions

How much does eavestrough cleaning cost in Toronto?

It depends on the size of your home, the number of storeys, and how much buildup there is. Most single-family homes in the GTA range from $150 to $350. We'll give you an exact number after a quick look — no surprises.

How often should I clean my eavestroughs?

At minimum, once in late fall after leaves drop. If you have many trees near your home, spring and fall cleanings are recommended. Gutter guards can reduce but not eliminate this need.

Do I need new eavestroughs or just repairs?

That's the first thing we check. If re-sloping, re-securing, or resealing will fix the problem, we'll tell you. We only recommend replacement when the existing system is beyond repair.

How long does an eavestrough replacement take?

Most homes in the GTA — one day. Sometimes less. We show up in the morning and you've got brand new eavestroughs by the afternoon. We clean up everything before we leave.

Can you install gutter guards on existing eavestroughs?

In most cases, yes. We'll assess your current system and recommend the best gutter guard option. If your eavestroughs need repair or replacement first, we'll let you know.

What's the best type of eavestrough for Ontario weather?

Aluminum seamless eavestroughs are the standard for our climate. They're durable, don't rust, and handle freeze-thaw cycles well. We can discuss gauge thickness and other options during your quote.

Roofing Questions

How do I know if my roof needs replacing or just a repair?

Age, condition of the shingles, and whether there's active leaking all matter. We'll do a free inspection and give you a straight answer. If a repair buys you another 5–10 years, that's what we'll suggest.

How much does a roof replacement cost in Toronto?

It varies widely based on size, slope, materials, and condition of the underlying structure. A typical GTA home ranges from $8,000 to $20,000+. We'll give you an exact quote after inspection — no hidden fees.

How long does a roof last in Ontario?

Asphalt shingles typically last 15–25 years in our climate. The freeze-thaw cycle, ice, and UV exposure all take their toll. Quality materials and proper ventilation can extend that lifespan.

What's the difference between 3-tab and architectural shingles?

3-tab shingles are the basic option — flat, uniform, and more affordable. Architectural shingles have a dimensional look, last longer, and handle wind better. Most homeowners choose architectural for the better value.

What happens if it rains during my roof replacement?

We monitor weather closely and plan accordingly. If rain is coming, we'll ensure your home is properly tarped and protected. Most roof replacements are completed in one day.

What's roof rejuvenation and is it worth it?

Roof rejuvenation uses a spray treatment to restore flexibility to aging shingles. It can extend your roof's life by 5–10 years at a fraction of replacement cost. It's worth it if your shingles are aging but not yet failing.

Siding & Soffit/Fascia Questions

What's the best siding material for Canadian winters?

All modern siding materials handle our climate well. Vinyl is popular for its affordability and low maintenance. Hardie Board is extremely durable but costs more. We'll help you weigh the options based on your budget and goals.

Can you match my existing siding colour?

We'll do our best. If it's a common colour and material, matching is usually possible. For older or discontinued colours, we may need to get creative or suggest alternatives.

Do you remove and dispose of old materials?

Yes. Removal and disposal are included in our quotes. We clean up thoroughly before we leave — you won't find nails in your lawn.

How do I know if my soffit vents are working?

Signs of poor ventilation include ice dams in winter, excessive attic heat in summer, and moisture or musty smells in the attic. If you're experiencing these, your soffit vents may be blocked or insufficient.

Commercial Questions

Do you do commercial work?

Yes. We work with property managers and builders across the GTA. If you manage multiple properties or need a reliable trade for your builds, we'd love to talk.

Can you handle multiple properties?
